It's time to get back into gear for Fall with Coolgreens and Clif Fitness. We have agreed to co-host a community Piloxing class on Sept. 30th at the North May venue, taught by the amazing Staci Patton. This class will be a high-intensity 45 minute session, followed by a loose Q/A with Staci. Our North May team will also be offering free Energy Bites for attending! Class participation is free, however we will be accepting cash or pre-packaged snacks for Tulakes Elementary School in Putnam City School District.
This event will kick off a monthly series of various classes with Clif Fitness including Yoga, Mat Pilates, and more.
