It’s spring, and the time many of us set about cleaning out our closets to get ready for the warmth of the sun-filled months ahead. This spring, how about taking the time to cleanse, both inside and out? That’s why Coolgreens has partnered with local Integrative Health & Nutrition Coach, Emma Ryan to help our guests cleanse both inside and out. With her help, we have put together a cleansing menu for the entire week that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks. The best part, it’s so simple: just come in the night before to pick up that night’s dinner along with tomorrow’s breakfast and lunch. The cleanse also includes a cleansing handbook, an in person workshop with Emma, access to a closed Facebook group for all participants and special-discounted rates to a local yoga and Barre studio.
