Yoga guru Sarah Farnan will be hosting a community yoga class at our North May location on Saturday, February 11th at 9:00 am.
The class is open to all levels, from beginner to advanced yogis. We will engage all areas of the body in a fun and energizing vinyasa flow, and end with a short meditation. The class will total one hour long, followed by some healthy snacks provided by Coolgreens. Participants will need to bring their own mats (and blocks or straps if that is a part of their practice).
Sarah is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor who is currently studying to get her 500 hour master's certification. Sarah also has a a degree in interior design and works full-time as a building designer. She is passionate about wellness, chakras, sound bowls, meditation, yoga, and ayurveda life.
The class is free, but we ask you tp please sign-up in advance via Event Brite.
