Local businessmen and native Oklahomans Tom Wolfe, Marc Silver and Allan McMurrain felt the need for healthy alternative dining in Oklahoma City in a chic contemporary atmosphere.  In addition, they wanted to support local sustainable agriculture, and further efforts to feed the hungry.
